  • No physical products will be shipped.

It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check your spam/junk folders.

3. License and Permitted Use

You may not:

  • If, after sincerely trying the Product for up to 30 days, you feel it has not helped you, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

  • To request a refund, email support@insomniabye.com with your name, purchase email, and order details.

We reserve the right to deny refunds outside the 30‑day window or if we believe the policy is being abused.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Product shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration / courts of Sheridan, Wyoming, unless otherwise required by law.

Your continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
